Job Accountabilities

CROWN is looking for a professional Secretary/Receptionist to staff the front desk of our Corporate Headquarters in Northeast Philadelphia. The position offers a nice blend of receptionist and administrative duties. Specific duties will include the following:

  • Answer, address and route calls on the switchboard
  • Greet customers and visitors
  • Manage meeting and conference room usage

Administrative responsibilities, which will account for the remaining 25% of the duties, include the following:

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the Sourcing/Purchasing Management Team
  • Data entry into MS Excel, Access & IBM AS/400 for purchasing items
  • Preparing correspondences in MS Word
  • Various other administrative tasks as directed by departmental needs
Job Requirements

We seek an enthusiastic, outgoing and dependable professional for this position. The ideal candidate will possess the following required competencies:

  • H.S. Diploma required. Administrative schooling/training a plus!
  • Minimum of 2 years administrative experience
  • Experience with a multi-line switchboard preferred
  • Experience in sourcing/purchasing a plus!
  • Proficient in MS Word & Excel. Familiarity with MS Access a plus!
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish or French is a plus!
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and work independently
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Work hours for this position are Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM
